The 3-Minute Divine Breath Practice
“In stillness, your Divine instructions are received.”
When you breathe consciously for three minutes, you gift your body and mind space to reset, heal, and return to Divine balance.
Each breath is a bridge between your physical and spiritual essence — restoring clarity, presence, and harmony within your inner temple.
How to Practice:
- Sit or stand comfortably, shoulders relaxed.
- Close your eyes and take a slow, deep inhale through the nose — count to 4.
- Hold gently for a count of 2.
- Exhale through the mouth — count to 6 — letting go of all tension.
- Repeat for three minutes, allowing peace to expand with every cycle.
Afterward, notice the stillness. Your mind aligns, your heart softens, and your cells awaken to Light.
You have returned to balance — to your Divine rhythm.
